Thank you for choosing Aussie Magic Studio. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery for our products and services.

1) Processing Times

  • Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom orders, including laser cutting, 3D printing, printing, signage, or fabrication jobs, may require additional processing time. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated in your quote or order confirmation.

  • Express service is available for urgent jobs if booked before 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri). Contact us to confirm slot availability before placing your order.

2) Local Delivery (Sydney Metro)

We offer delivery within the Sydney metropolitan area, including universities and design studios.

  • Flat Rate Delivery: $12 for USYD, UTS, and UNSW

  • Distance-Based Delivery (from Petersham, NSW)

    • Within 6 km → $15

    • 6–10 km → $20

    • Beyond 10 km → Quoted individually based on distance and weight

    • For deliveries within 10 km of the city, we usually start delivering after business hours in the evening.

3) Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide)

We ship Australia-wide via a range of courier partners, including Courier Please, Sendle Drop Off, UPS, Allied Express, and Aramex. Quoted by weight and locations.

  • Standard shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Remote or regional areas may require additional delivery time.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

4) International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination, size, and weight. All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5) Click & Collect / Pickup

Orders can be collected in person from our studio:

We will notify you by email or SMS once your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or ID.

6) Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.

7) Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aussiemagicstudio.com.au with your order number and clear photos. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
