  • Yes. All materials listed in our shop are laser-ready and suitable for cutting and engraving with CO₂ laser machines. We carefully source and stock sheets that provide stable, reliable performance.

  • No. If you’re submitting a laser cutting file, the material cost will be automatically calculated based on your design — you don’t need to place a separate order here. This shop is mainly for reference, bulk purchase, or custom sourcing.

  • Yes. We support customer-supplied materials. Please make sure your materials meet the requirements for laser cutting (correct size, type, and thickness). You’ll also need to indicate which sheets you are providing when submitting your cutting file.

  • We can typically cut up to:

    • Acrylic, MDF, Plywood: ≤ 12 mm (depending on density)

    • Screenboard / Boxboard: ≤ 4 mm

    • Other materials: Thickness may vary — test cutting is recommended.

  • Orders are shipped directly from our Sydney studio. If the material is in stock, we usually dispatch within 2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Yes. We provide tiered discounts for bulk orders and regular supply. The more you order, the better the price. Contact us through our Wholesale & Partnerships form to discuss your needs.

  • We work with a range of courier partners, including Courier Please, Sendle Drop Off, UPS, Allied Express, and Aramex. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout.

    AusPost is also available, but it does not support automatic quoting for our materials. If you prefer to ship via AusPost, please contact us after placing your order (or before checkout) so we can manually assess and confirm the shipping cost.
