What file formats do you accept for printing?

PDF is strongly preferred, especially for large format posters. We can also accept DOC, PPT, and high-resolution JPEG/TIFF for smaller prints.

How fast is the turnaround?

Standard printing jobs can usually be completed within 1–2 hours. For laser cut portfolios, it may take us 1–2 days. For urgent deadlines, please check with us for availability.

Is there a minimum order size?

No minimum order. You can print a single sheet or a full set — our pricing is per job and per sheet.

Do you offer specialty finishes like foil or embossing?

We can only provide basic lamination in-house at the moment. Foil stamping, embossing, or spot UV may be available in the near future.

At Aussie Magic Studio, we offer a wide range of well selected materials that have all been pre-tested to insure their compatibility with our laser cutting machines. See our material list. Or Browse our online store for material images and full material descriptions.

We recommend using materials we supplied in order to get the best result. However, you may also bring your own materials. Please check the list below for things we can or cannot cut:

SET UP YOUR FILE

The first thing you should do is to choose your desired materials and sizes. See our material list.

Then you need to import your design files into our template provided below and follow the instructions to setup your files to make sure they are laser-ready.

The program we are using for laser cutting includes Rhino, Illustrator and AutoCAD, please select your template accordingly.

GETTING A QUOTE/ UPLOAD YOUR FILE TO CUT

Please use our online form to upload your files and fill out all required information.

A quote with estimated turnaround time will be provided based on the digital files provided to us.

Once the job is done, we will package the sheets and inform you the completion.

Fees

Laser cutting is charged at $24 per 30 minutes of cutting time.
A setup fee is added based on the number of boards you require, starting from 10 dollars for 5 sheets. The setup fee covers machine preparation, file checking and material handling.
